Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to all visitors and customers of Barrelia (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our café or purchasing our products, you agree to the terms below.
1. General Information
Barrelia operates as a physical café in Sweden. All products and services are provided on-site only. We do not offer online ordering, reservations, or table bookings. Seating is strictly on a first come, first served basis.
2. Events
We may host public events at our premises. No reservations or advance bookings are accepted unless explicitly announced. Attendance is subject to available capacity and applicable safety regulations. We reserve the right to limit entry when capacity is reached.
3. Alcohol Service
Alcohol is served in accordance with the Swedish Alcohol Act (Alkohollag 2010:1622). We do not serve alcohol to persons under the age of 18. Valid identification may be required at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any person who appears intoxicated or whose behavior is disruptive. Guests may also be asked to leave the premises if necessary to maintain a safe and lawful environment.
4. Conduct on Premises
Visitors are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and property. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any person whose behavior is unsafe, unlawful, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate.
5. Allergies and Food Information
Information regarding common allergens is available upon request. All products are prepared in shared environments and cross-contact may occur. Customers with allergies consume our products at their own discretion.
6. Liability
Barrelia is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises. We are not liable for personal injury except where caused by our negligence or where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory Swedish law.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most recent version will be available on our website.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved by Swedish courts in accordance with applicable legislation.
